Reason #1 - Uncountable Reasons to Power Up your Steem! This is Reason 1 of a larger series of posts

Hi Steemians,

This is the first post of a series of posts with the uncountable reasons to Power Up your Steem. Looking forward to your feedback and ideas on it.

Reason 1: You can monetary support projects and people without using your own funds

When you power up, you enter into a process were your steem is exchanged for vesting shares. With vests your power of vote increases. With around 5,000 SP the total value of your vote with 100% voting power is around $1.30 (50% SBD and 50% Steem).

Since we can make a total of 10 upvotes a day to get our 100% full voting power back in 24 hours, this means with 5,000 SP you can decide were to locate around $12 (50% SBD and 50% Steem) of the reward pool each day ($12 and not $13 because every upvote we make, since it reduces our participation of the reward pool for 2.44 hours, the value of the next upvote is also a bit deluted).

So, if you invest in Steem Power, you not only have Steem, that has a huge uptrend this year, and the coming years, but you can also use your daily upvotes from your participation on the reward pool to monetary support:

1- People making actions that add value for the Steem Blockchain
2- Projects that help on the growth of the Steem Blockchain

The best we alocate the steem power, this means the more steem power placed on smart projects, thinking in the good of the project for the accelerated growth of the Steem Ecosystem, the more all the community and SP (Steem Power) Holders will benefit in the mid and long term, once the price of Steem goes up to the next level, and so on.
