Steem Ambassador : Day 4 - How to invite different communities to steemit? | Part 1

"Do we need diversified communities? How can we support them? and How do we invite them?"

 "A Steem Ambassador from a third world country, can I live with Steem/SBD alone?"  

   Im sure Im not the only one who wish that this could be their ticket for their freedom but can we really do it? After being approved as Steem Ambassador by #promo-steem, I decided to go full-time promoter/marketer for Steemit and other Steem related projects.

  Diversified Communities

  In terms of steemit as a social media, we need different communities signing up to steemit and in order for them to stay we need to support them via upvotes but how? 

  We can do this by delegating to each community organization that will make sure to support/upvote high-quality posts. This will need a lot of time to execute properly.

1. Delegate to each community organizations to make sure they stay for a long time.
2. Make sure they follow high-quality standard posts.

"How? Who has the time to curate and maintain quality?"

  (Harder question) How to invite them?

  There are different kinds of promotion happening right now thanks to #promo-steem and the @steem-ambassador. There are some who are doing it via advertisements on different platforms like @jerrybanfield and @joeparys but is this a sustainable model? 

  Not like any other Social Media

  Steemit is not your usual social media and if we promote this way then soon youll realize that all of your invites are one by one quitting.

1. Social Media i think... focuses on socializing with each other.
   They don't care if you give value or not.
   Steemit in my experience rewards only those comments and posts with value right?.
   
2. Its different - people try to explain steemit to someone new comparing it to Facebook. I even saw someone write "With Steemit, you get paid to do what you normally do on Facebook for free". Do you really get paid just by posting anything???

  My proposal to solve 

• Time consuming manual curation &
• Lessen the minnows who drown on steemit ocean of information. 

While promoting steemit to the masses!

Sponsor different events 

  We can speak on different events to promote steemit as a requirement from sponsoring them. But how do we raise funds for this?

1. Multiple huge upvotes from each approved event.
2. Budget proposal and crowdfund from steemit for each event.
3. Delegate to Steemit Events PH.

  Cosplay Event

  I visited an event earlier and it has an amazing community of supporters. Imagine if they're part of steemit? I was about to speak with the head organizer and director but I want to hear your opinion first before I present steemit to them. 

  Whats in it for them? The truth is were the one who need them not the other way around, and steemit still have a flaw when it comes to supporting these communities even if they join right away.
