60 Seconds of Steem Social Media Party - Sharing on Twitter, Facebook & Bitcointalk!
Let's start this social media party with a bang, shall we? I've just shared three unique messages to three different social media websites, featuring the amazing #sixtyseconds videos.
My Twitter account isn't that popular but every little bit helps, right? I will keep an eye on the #steem and #sixtyseconds tags to upvote all other tweets!
My personal Facebook page is a bit more populated, I have just over 150 close friends on there. Most of them have never even seen me post anything about Steem, so this might have some impact.

Now, Bitcointalk isn't really a traditional social media website, but I thought it would be a good idea to share this campaign on there too. I've noticed that there are a couple of Steem members there, so this thread might entice some of those people to join in! Link to the thread
Aside from posting on social media, I will be looking at the #sixtyseconds tag on Steem and I will be upvoting good posts. So, try your best to promote Steem on other social media platforms!
Like you, I am not really on Twitter that much. It is just too intense to keep up with. I might be okay if you just followed one person, but once you get to the 10 people and higher level it is just impossible to keep up with. That being said, I started following you and retweeted your posts! Maybe you will end up sparking the interest of someone in my circles.

I should add that my Twitter account has been almost dormant for several years, but I still have almost 300 followers and I'm thinking about giving my follow list a good clear-out and getting back in there. Like others who commented here, I started to get swamped by follow bots, business promoters and political crazies (I used to be one - a long time ago!).
I don't really have that much social media presence in other places, no facebook account, don't have a instagram or snapchat, my twitter has like 50 followers, which I think most of them are bots, I got some other blockchain-based social networks but have like 10 followers between all of them, Steem is my main social network, so I can't really help tbh... Maybe reddit? But the reddit community is mostly either dead or thinks STEEM is a huge ponzi shceme... I'll give reddit a try, it's not like I use it much anymore, all the tribe/cult-like crypto mentality made me stop going there, and it's not really interesting watching the fundamentals of the different cryptos during a bear market, it causes almost no ripples at all in the price...
Let's see what reddit thinks of the initiative :)
Actually, Reddit might be the perfect place to share something like this. I don't think many other people are focusing on that.
You're right about the tribe/cult-like mentality there though. /r/cryptocurrency is just plain awful IMO.
Still, you just have to get lucky and get it trending...
