#promo-steem tag payouts grow 30% in just 10 days

The phenomenal growth of the #promo-steem tag cannot be underestimated. Around the world, Steemians are recognising the importance of taking it upon themselves to engage in voluntaryist promotion of Steemit and the STEEM blockchain.

Since we pre-launched promo-steem.com, and simply asked for feedback on the ideas, #promo-steem has exploded from payouts totally 83,000SBD to over 111,000SBD in just 10 days. This makes the tag one of the fastest growing tags on the entire platform, up around 30% since I last posted about it.

Now targetting the film, challenge and minnowsupport tags. If the growth rate continues at the current trend, we will have hit these targets by the end of the first week of February.

Now the really interesting work begins for us. We are looking for ways to quickly deliver what we set out to do, and with the phenomenal and widespread support of the #promo-steem and @steem-ambassador programme, we aim to do just that.

It is going to take a little time, but we are working tirelessly to bring this to the community of promoters, and help deliver the worlds first decentralised and voluntaryist marketing department, run by, and for the benefit of, the whole community.

We have been inundated with interesting requests, suggestions and ideas, and we apologise if we haven't managed to respond to them all yet. At the same time, we are also planning other events, including attending and giving key note speeches at Crypto-conferences, some mind-blowing street promotions, and at the same time giving out as much help as we can to supporting other Steemians engaged in promotional activities.
