Meet @mcsamm. He's my promo-steem hero of the day!!!

And he's paying it forward in a very STEEM way

In a complete moment of numtpiness, it would appear as though I uploaded a photo of @ejemai not @mcsamm. A number of people have hit me up to tell me! Sorry for the confusion

So this is @mcsamm. He's from Ghana, and he's absolutely smashing it out there. He managed to talk his way into doing a Steemit presentation in a church there, and Ioved the idea of bringing the blockchain to a church congregation. Brilliant...because of course in a church you are going to get a pretty big group of people all together in one room, and if you've managed to convince the leadership to give you a slot, well, perhaps you actually have something worth saying!

But more than that, he's organised activities which are getting health screening workers in remote rural villages on the STEEM blockchain (I think they are from an NGO, but perhaps he can enlighten me more). But he's also put together a whole 2018 Steemit promotional programme, which includes street tours, campus tours, and even donating some of their SBD to charities to provide clothing to less fortunate people in their community.

This is the post I saw and curated on today, and by far it was my favourite #promo-steem post of the day: https://steemit.com/promo-steem/@mcsamm/my-first-steemit-presentation-a-friend-s-church

Paying it forward the STEEM way

This is an example of the STEEM blockchain paying it all forward. Because what I'm noticing is that a lot of the guys in some of the African nations, when they start to get a little bit of SBD together, they're wanting to share the wealth around, not just hoard it for themselves. This is incredibly admirable, and just goes to show how far the Steemit platform can reach into, and touch peoples lives, even those who haven't yet even heard of it.

In the past, mafia dons, kings and rulers all over the world have bought their peoples love (and acceptance of their slavery) by lavishing them with generous gifts....But here on the STEEM blockchain, the community is simply rewarding great content writers, and some of the most creative are the people who are out there, day after day, promoting and helping to grow the platform for everyone.

But now we have a situation where the STEEM blockchain is actually lifting people out of poverty, and changing lives. No central or private bank or government has ever done that (they might pay lip service to it, but we all know the real score). For now, you, the people who read the blogs, who support promoters from around the world, who take the time to read what they are doing, and maybe, just maybe learn from it for youselves, you are the people who make the difference.

Of course, we all know that the real good news is that of the STEEM blockchain. In the last week or so, I have been absolutely overwhelmed by the support we've been getting for the #promo-steem initiatives, and especially from some of the guys in African countries.

STEEM is really changing lives out there

I have had a lot of conversations with very cynical people about the STEEM blockchain. They see it as some kind of weird pyramid scheme, and of course, they wouldn't do if only they spent a bit of time educating themselves about the mechanics of the blockchain, and the Steemit platform. It's our job to give them the message. The fact that we are doing it, all over the world, in a decentralised way, is something that makes me feel so proud of each and every one of the Steemians who have taken it upon themselves to tell their community about it.

And because of what I'm seeing, I can honestly say, hand on heart, that I am seeing the STEEM blockchain making a massive difference in peoples lives.

Wow. The church is a good means of spreading Steemit like wildfire just like I did here https://steemit.com/promo-steem/@udembahenry/promo-steem-today-after-sunday-service-c5a87cffad3e5 today after church service.

Reasons why the church is a good means is cos

  1. Religion is like the most delicate part of someone's life so attacking or promoting it has an effect on the person.
  2. People Believe in the church very well. Like that everything that comes from the church is good. If the leadership of the church approves it, much good result will be obtained
  3. some people in the church find it difficult to feed themselves or even sleep in church, so introducing such, you'll see people who are very eager to join just like three people started signing up immediately I told them about Steemit today after church. I even had to turn on my Hot-spot for one person.

Let's spread the good news of Steemit to the world. #promo-steem

Love your enthusiasm my friend!

This is @mcsamm Here e is giving $123 worth of free medical care to a whole rural village in Ghana, Africa

Here is a photo of his face, and @tj4real on the right I believe you should also doa post on @tj4real he is also has an extremely inspiring and incredible story and @mcsamm is a Doctor and will probobly ed up winning the Nobel Prize one day... or better yet the new Nobel Prize WE will create for Steem that @reko from Sweden has proposed (and the original Nobel Prize is also from Sweden (and norway) but Nobel was Swedish like @reko so its very interesting to see Sweedes proposing this new Nobel Prize type system :D

@mcsamm will have very inspiring documentaries made about him. Before Vice magazine gets ahold of him I want him to

The Nobel Prize is a set of annual international awards bestowed in several categories by Swedish and Norwegian institutions in recognition of academic, cultural, or scientific advances.

Thank you for sharing stories like this. I appreciate learning about the way steem is changing the world and it helps me to see the bigger picture.

@mcsamm is really doing great, he's a hardworker and loves to help everyone where he goes and that is why i call him a brother..... never miss a meetup and always on your tail and coming up with new ideas.

thanks @anarcotech for recognizing him in the midst of the crowd..

he is the first from the right with hands crossed here

I really agree with you @anarcotech steem really changed the lives of people out there, continue to work as a promoter, your work will never be forgotten .. spirit of friends.

This is @ejemai from Nigeria...except they are twins.

ffs. No kidding, they look so similiar. Next time he's gonna have to tag his pictures. lol.

I love that you are pointing these people out @anarcotech. Very inspiring stories but more so, the value that the community is bringing to the world. What are pennies for me so far in the States are actually the seeds of change in places like Africa. There are lots of reasons to love Steemit but highlighting profiles and promoting these type of people will go a long way to helping them and the rest of us flourish here.

Yep, that's pretty much the plan. And Im going to keep on pointing out great promoters , because they ultimately are helping the entire community.

I cherish that you are pointing these individuals out.... Exceptionally motivating stories yet more along these lines, the esteem that the group is conveying to the world. ....

What are pennies for me so far in the States are really the seeds of progress in places like Africa...

There are bunches of motivations to love Steemit yet featuring profiles and advancing these sort of individuals will go far to helping them and whatever remains of us prosper here.....
