A good point, especially as a reason for not being a slave to the scale. I once lost forty pounds without even knowing it; I didn't even have a weight scale.

I am not using any scales on my healthy eating as once i start using them i get obsessed

I will wait until my Asthma check then the Nurse can weigh me and hopefully I will get a fab surprise :)
