Consider long walks or a hobby to draw energy from, the hardest part of changing a diet or habits can be filling the blank hours. Congrats on reaching the halfway point, hope your shin is feeling better.

I could try that; I certainly could. "Prepping" is an umbrella term that covers a lot of hobbies.
