I really need to stop procrastinating and do things sooner and not at the last minute.
My ingredients were beans in tomato sauce, and mushrooms. To it i added canned ham. For me i like the Keep It Simple Stupid method and those ingredients didn't need much added to be tasty and satisfying.
Spices i used were onion powder, garlic, black & cayenne pepper.
instructions put all together and heat and stir. i found it delicious.

Your welcome @girthbomb, good thing you made it to cook for almost cutting off time, nice cooking but can't imagine the taste there, I haven't eat mushrooms nor beans for my entire life, im kinda afraid to try it.
