Urgent Prayer Request

Good evening everyone here. I just want to ask for your prayers for a good friend of mine. I was with her this morning stayed until they were able to bring her son in the ICU room. Kindly pray for his healing. He was having an asthma attack with rapid heartbeat. After a few more hours I finally went home, just made sure they're settled in their room. As I put back my lab gown, hair net and disposed my shoe cover, I hurried to the stairs. I don't want to use the elevator (nasa 4th floor sila).

I saw a familiar face sitting outside the ICU, she was smiling at me and I smiled back at her. She was my Chauncey's grade 7 teacher. I went to sit beside her. She was the first one to ask me why I was there and I told her I just visited my friend's son and as of this writing he's already stable, praise God. Then she also told me that her sibling is in the ICU, who had a vehicular accident. She was teary eyed when she ask me to pray for him. I said yes sure I will mam, I told her as I hold her hand. She was a bit hesitant at first and told me that I can go home. I sensed that she needed someone to talk to so I stayed a little longer. She ushered me to where her brother is and I saw that he was lying there with lots of tubes and she told me that that's their father relieving her that moment. She continued to tell me about the accident when we went back to our seats. She also told me that the one driving the motor vehicle didn't make it. It was only her brother who made it alive from that accident. They already filed case against the driver. Her brother has been in the ICU since Monday. She said that she remembered me by the text messages I sent her every time I receive a devotional message (from @catietan & her sister Sharon). I forward to her & to all my friends. That's why when she saw me she immediately ask me to pray for her brother. I assured her that I will. Seeing her brother there I suddenly remembered my father in the ICU back then. I hugged her after tapping her shoulders before I finally went down. I texted her when I got home to ask for her brother's name.

I couldn't make this as a comment as it is quite long so I decided to just post it and fervently ask for your prayers for Sean, my friend's son and for Marc Bryan Nelmida, the brother of Chauncey's teacher.

How did I get to the hospital with these special people? Well, first and foremost, I went there to have my annual medical & physical check-up. I'm going to use our health card but it didn't work out the way I expected it. Unknowingly my friend's son is also being admitted. Instead of going back home I stayed with my friend while they were tending to her son. She was telling me to go ahead but I insisted to stay with them. Then I took some selfies while wearing those ICU thing. I'm just blessed that I was able to spend some time with my friend before going home.

Then I meet another special person outside the ICU. Another soul asking for prayer for her brother. I hope & I pray that we will be one in prayers for these precious loved ones of my friends. God bless us all and thank you for your time.
