This is how Hays are made
Few days ago, we have a Hay cutting machine in our neighbourhood. The generator running machine cut the Hays very fastly. I remember the days, when people used to cut the Hays manually through a wheelie cutter, where one person needs to rotate the wheel and another one putting the Past straws into the cutter.
However , with innovation of many technology, the Hays cutting is not a tricky work.
Brought in a tractor, the machine looks quite heavy, as it has built up with rotator and cutter. I was very curious to see the entire process and even I made video for @dtube, but looking closely the machine is more exciting. Completelly built up with heavy iron the mine is very efficient.
I get more curious once it started to cut the paddy straws into small pieces. Once the machine is properly assembled and checked to cut those heap of paddy, my excitement get more stronger.
When the machine got started all the heap started to get lined up for small pieces. Two people staged themselves at the rear end , and start putting all the straws one by one , properly putting them inside the blade.
And from the other end, we started to get the small pieces. There was a exhaust window, which is throwing up the small pieces on the side machine. It was only a matter of few min that we have seen a huge heap of Hays on the sideways.
Sooner all the Hays were packed in a sack and taken away. These Hays were used for animal food. This is unique way to make use of Paddy's straws after the grains were seperated. This is how our entire farming put into use.
