Awareness of Emotional Eating.
Special occasion. Four of us ordered two slices of cake. One is red velvet and the other one is salted caramel cake.
To be honest, the body did not enjoy the sweetness and the creamy cheese (or heavy cream) when I ate it more than I should.
Sometimes, we just need to experiment with food. It helps increase the awareness of emotional eating. It is also one of the ways our body communicate with us.
The body knows what is healthy and nourishing. We just need awareness to listen to its language.
The decision to eat these today was a mental decision, based on the occasion that today is a special day. I'm glad we shared it. Otherwise, I would suffer more because my digestive system is not doing well with dairy.

We all do emotional eating. It feels great, no?
No regrate to eat some junk or sweets, just enjoy it. The food looks really tasty. :)
We can enjoy it absolutely! Just be aware of what the body really needs or else we will suffer later! Hahaha

Awesome decision to share the cake knowing your body can't take the dairy. We gotto listen to our body so not to jeapordise it. Thank you for sharing such knowledge. =)

I am blessed with high metabolism so can feed all my emotions without any health problems or weight issues.

Everything is fine in moderation. I would definitely eat more than I need if it's a delicious, chocolate fudge cake that is warmed enough it melts the chocolate and there's vanilla ice cream...
