When I saw your picture, it immediately put a big smile on my face. I got a similar one from my grandmother decades ago and it always blossoms around Christmas. That's why we call it a Christmas cactus. What a joy to see that once a year!
I love your Easter Cactus!! I have one that I got from Great-Grandma... only a piece mind you, but now it is flourishing with the love we have drowned it in.
I love your philosophy about indoor plants! Yes!!! That is why our houses are filled with them! Because we can!

Such a beautiful delicate flower. Cacti do produce some amazing flowers. Our one blooms every christmas which seems really odd lol
