Families are being divided.
Morals have flown out the door.
Suicides are on the rise.
Every second person is on some form of medication.
The elderly are cast aside.
Breathe ...
Even if it is just for today - change gears
The sun is shining.
Smile and give thanks for your life.
Show love to your family.
Walk the dog.
Exercise.
Eat healthy.
Follow your passion no matter how humble.
Breathe in all the positives.
Breathe out and let go of the negatives.
Strive to be happy.
