RE: First Photos with New Canon EOS M50 Camera

Don't get me started on the limitations on mobile phone cameras... Those AI technology are really tampering with what photos should be in the first place. Can't count the times they ruined the colours or details. Reee. Also, UI design... Ugh, let's forget this. It's too painful to be mentioned in a post like this.

The photos are pretty nice, guess that camera is worth the money :P also the images lagged @partiko as I scrolled through them. Probably it has something to do with what the app does to show the images but maybe you can compress them and make each image a hyperlink to the original one 😂 just a suggestion, lol.

I found that I had to use the upload link to upload photos instead of simply dragging them. I'm not sure why they are not automatically reduced in size either on upload or when serving to view. Any suggestions for an easier way to post photos that are reasonably sized?

Dragging them could work, but it might malfunction randomly if you're using Firefox.

If you are using Steempress then WordPress has built in features to automatically resize your uploaded photos into quite a number of popular sizes and you just have to insert what you want into the post. But if you are using the default editor on Steemit you might want to look at this. I wrote it a long time ago, never thought that I would dig it out again :P

Gosh. How much weird stuff had I written in the past? Anyways, you have to view it on Steemit instead of Partiko if you are using that, the app's parser does funny things to part of the post. Have fun!
