Thank you Joan! You can see the difference when they are standing next to each other. One is a little bit taller. Also I think one's head is a little thinner than the other. There's no difference in plumage between the sexes like there is with so many other birds. It's almost impossible to tell them apart in separate photos!
They really are lovely regal birds Roger.
