I love you @quillfire! - and thank you... because NOBODY EVER ASKS ME if I might need to offload ;) Nobody cares about people who are strong - "they can handle it all right?!" lol. I am not big on disclosure though, truth be told. but I think you have read enough of my life through my blog to know that I don't let things, people or situations ruin my heart - what I "put out" is simply my own way of processing, accepting and moving on. Shit son, if I allowed trauma to stunt me, I would be a fncking stone statue by now haha ;)
This would probably be more appropriate on my #trackoftheday post, but because our convo there revolved around lyrics with this interaction combined... I will just drop this here...

I'd never heard that song before. I really like it. "We're just catching and releasing" ... what an incredible metaphor for "just going through the motions." I wish I'd thought of that one too. :-)

Here's another song with gorgeous lyrics ... lyrics which we all need to sing from time to time. And, as with most lyrics, they are best sung in chorus. Never forget you have friends.
