I'd have it all, except the chipotle (I'd put just a little bit).
In all my years in the States, surrounded by mexican friends, I was unable to develop the taste for spicy food. I love mexican cuisine (from the funny names to all the display), but the spicy part just drives me nuts.
Oh my goodness, Mexican cuisine is really one of my favorites @hlezama. I love all of it. I have to say my love for spicy has grown over the years. My daughter kids me because 15 years ago no way would I have the spice I have now. Granted I was cooking for kids so I couldn't do spicy off the charts, lol Now that it's just Mr. Bird and I, I can do what I want ...as I said, it's growing on him :) I look forward to hearing about your meal!
