3 yemas
40 grs. Fécula de maíz
Esencia de vainilla
Pasos
Se licua todo junto en frio
Se lleva a fuego moderado revolviendo siempre
Cuando rompa él hervor, apagar, agregar la esencia y si desea colorante de repostería amarillo
Enfriar y utilizar.
Esta crema es especial para rellenar bizcochos, bombas o colocar en un bol capaz de galletas y capaz de la crema decoras con frutas o bien puedes hacer un merengue con las claras que te quedaron batiéndolas y colocando una pizca de sal y 200 gr de azúcar luego lo agregas encima de todas la capaz que ya hiciste lo llevas a la nevera por unas 5 horas y estará listo para comerte un rico postre.
