Finding that focus and concentrating on your breathing can be very difficult at times - but you did it! and you can do it again. I believe the trick is to just relax and take each day as if it's new. Don't fall into the pressure of saying you did it once so the next time should be easier. Sometimes it's not! LOL Isn't that a kicker???
