It's obvious that everyone, absolutely everyone! We deserve and we need to find meaning in our lives. Some consider that having life does not mean living, they even affirm that our world is full of traveling corpses, mechanized people whose lives are summarized in simple routines: sleeping, eating, laughing, working, crying, reproducing but spending years walking through life without direction. some, without definite north, letting life take them ...
But, the same life sooner or later hits us with these concerns and it is normal to feel questioned, insecure, fearful at times when everything is in doubt or when our emotional stability is damaged because of something external or often internal. Therefore, it is important to stop and see where we have come from and look at the point where we are and verify if it is where we wanted to go, if we feel full with what we have achieved or, on the contrary, we feel empty, and it is at that moment that we have to see it as a new point of departure, of redirection, remembering that we are not only what we are, but what we can become.

In short, my advice is that in order to live, it is necessary to love life, to get rid of discouragement and superficiality every day, not to get involved in negative things that destroy us, to surround ourselves with positive people. On the contrary, it is necessary to take control of our lives, to understand that to live is to feel, to admire, to thank, to love, to serve, to give, to receive is to understand that our time is the only thing we have to find meaning in our life.
