I love today's consideration. It is key!
Super valuable exercise to be thankful every night before going to sleep. You must end the day positively, even if you are feeling ill: it's the only way to get better. Use the 2 mins brushing your teeth to do this if you can't find any other quiet moment. However, I bet everyone could find lots of quiet moments in the now, if they just breathed for a bit!
