Building up resilience with meditation is very worthwhile! That is not to say that something stupid cannot test you, and interfere with your "new mindset". Try this, look at this poster, and discover how quickly the brain is corrupted. Like wise a mood can be altered at the drop of a hat. Be prepared! But thanks to meditation you will find it is easier to stop the old automatic prgrammes (which can NEVER be erased, like bad songs!)
