The trouble with no. 3 is that once you are in a centripetal spiral, you mistake your own negativity for reality! The only solution then is no.4= sit with it in the here and now. Watch it melt away. From my own experience I know this can take years to master! Growing older helps. Something to be positive about when it comes to ageing!
