I want share this old portrait that was taken by me because of talking about the prisoners and the second chance.. I actually wonder if a bad person will change... Please share opinions about this subject...
The man in this picture was an ex prisoner because of shoplifting and wounding... As you see he tries to sell balloon maker toys.. And he is given the second chance to change in a right way in his life...
So in my opinion everyone has the second chance but murderer with gun, rapers and drunk drivers. What do you think? please share...

That's a great question. First I want to say how much I love this photo - the story is really good. I love bubbles and this playfulness softens this ex con's demeanor. His shirt reminds me of the kind of prisoner clothing I've seen on tv.
People who use a gun illegally should not be able to ever use a gun or be around guns after their jail time. People who murder should be executed.
Drunk drivers should be jailed and lose their driver's license for life and not be allowed to be around alcohol for the rest of their lives. If they killed someone while intoxicated, they should be executed too - they are murders with a car.
Rapists. The same. I don't know if they can be rehabilitated. I obviously believe in capital punishment.
I didn't for a long time but I can see incarceration doesn't help, rehabilitation helps in some cultures but not in North America.
Wow, that is a very deep question. I'd like to say that most have a chance at a second chance, except when they are obviously not re-habilitatable. If that is a real word. But our prison system here in the US seems very broken to me, so it is hard to say what would happen if we could change some things. Too much to get into here, but I don't think anyone who drives drunk should be able to drive again. Think it is that way in Sweden.
But then I also think talking on your phone in ANY form while driving should be illegal too. As it's been proven to be just like drunk driving, as far as how the mind works while 'chatting'.
Happily, this guy could change.
