Thank you for the kind words. They are Pez candy dispensers, hard plastic. Pez is tiny hard candy that gets loaded up in the little cases that are usually cartoon or comic characters and you tilt the head back and candy comes out, here is a gif example

Wonder if indian kids also have access to this stuff, or may be i will figure out one day when i will have my own kids :p
