I thought it's based on competition to win ticket...😶 Hadn't really looked into it...maybe bcos of my studies... I plan to start my PhD next year if i find the right sponsorship...
Anyone can go and there is lots of help to get there. It will be a life-changing event and meeting these people from Steemit truly was one of the highlights of my year. What are you studying?
