Jenner, who is the younger sister of Kim Kardashian West, created her own cosmetic line – Kylie Cosmetics – in 2015 with $250,000 of her own money that she made through modeling gigs. Her company is now worth an estimated $800 million and she owns 100% of it.
Additionally, the 20-year-old made another $100 million through other revenue streams including her appearances on her family’s reality show and other social media endorsements. Jenner has more than 110 million followers on Instagram.
Yes Forbes she was born into a rich family, gained her 100,000,000 followers thanks to the reality TV Show starring her family particularly Kim Kardashian, but she is "Self Made"!
This is an insult to everyone who works hard from nothing to get somewhere! NO ONE gets 100 MILLION+ followers on Twitter before 20 unless they are helped out by hollywood! NO ONE! Show me ONE person under 21 with that many followers who you didn't find thanks to Hollywood!
I have NO issue with her becoming a billionaire. Just don't tell me she is "Self Made"! She got to where she is because of her family AND her taking it a step further. That still is great! She took millions of dollars, fame, publicity, and her name and made almost a billion dollars! WHY not just say that? It still is pretty amazing! She could be off doing drugs and blowing her family's money! I have the respect for her enough to say she had to have worked hard to get that close to a BILLION dollar company. BUT, we all know she didn't do it "Self Made"!
