Yeah, the Gif's are quite easy to make. I use Giphy.com. if it's a video that I turn into a Gif, it's a little more tricky. I need to cut the part I want first. For this I use VSDC Video Editor. Both are free to use :)
I was more referring to the animated inlays on stagnant pics...
Oh ok. Yeah, those little animated stickers are on giphy as well :)
