This disgusting habit could save your life and many people (yourself included most likely), find it deeply disgusting.

Let’s get right into it, then. How often do you look in the bathroom after you “took a crap”? Never? Sometimes?

What sort of question is that, you mad man? Of course, almost never. Who the hell does that?

Well …me, I do it and I’m not alone on this. (Just adding that not alone part to make me feel better)

Why would someone do such a disgusting thing?

Your poop tells you AN INSANE amount of information about your current health and also tells you how good the diet you are following really is.

There are 3 main reasons why I started doing it and why I suggest you do it as well, take a look:

The most important one to me and the reason why I do it on a regular basis as crazy as it sounds is that you need to know how much fiber you are putting into your diet. THIS IS HUGELY IMPORTANT I can’t emphasize this enough.

Dr. Deniss Burkeet put it brilliantly he said this:

If these observations can be further substantiated it may not be an exaggeration to predict that a return to a high-residue diet could have an effect on the health of Western nations as beneficial as would be the elimination of cigarette smoking.

  • High-residue diet. — A diet that contains considerable amounts of substances such as fiber or cellulose.

*Dr. Deniss Burkeet was a missionary surgeon who worked in Africa and he was among the first doctors to point out the importance of fiber in our diet (He found out that diseases related to the gut were common in the west, but they were rare or not even found on a lot of hospitals in Africa).

The second reason is that it is the best way to know how healthy your diet is:

Find out if your body is absorbing the right amount of fat. If you have “sinkers” (poop that is sinking on your toilet) that means that your body is not absorbing properly fat.

If you have “rocks” then you need to add more fiber into your diet as well as fermented food.

If your poop is “too lose” or more liquid-like (this is the only one I sort of knew I was wondering why then I realize those painful moments I went through) you need to cut on the fiber and eat less.

If you have “snakes” you are doing it great, according to Dr. Gundry MD, you have to see a giant anaconda looking back up at you. Good luck with that. If you are in Australia or in some parts of the USA Texas remember to take this advice metaphorically.

When you are really ill

Knowing if you are bleeding or if your poop has a unique color (as the ones shown above) especially when you are suffering from a chronic disease or you have any problems within your digestive tract, Jesus Christ you could have been bleeding from internal damage for a couple of days or weeks and there is no way to know that unless you take a good look at what you left behind in your toilet, immediately get in touch with your professional doctor and follow his advice. DO IT PLEASE!

There are just so many important reasons…

If you are a parent how do you know if your baby or little children is having constipation or not putting enough fiber or whether or not he is “popping normally”, especially for mothers, most men don’t like to do this job speaking from personal experience but I’ve seen the same BS behavior from “other colleges”, Sarah the baby shit himself what should I do now? And next thing you know, she does the job.

Just recently I was thinking to myself man I’ve never known that “crapping rocks” was a sign of constipation can you believe that? After more than 30 years I had no idea that was the case, none.

My mom was having stomach issues and she said she was crapping normal when I asked her what shape it had she said “rocks” (no-no-no)

DOESN’T PAIN TELLS YOU IF YOU ARE DOING THIS RIGHT?

One may be thinking we do not need to see it because when you are sick to the stomach you feel it right? For diarrhea, you will know when you have it so no need to add something disgusting on top of that, we are already in pain thanks.

Of course, but the knowledge you can get from this piece of information goes beyond that from finding out if you have a healthy diet to knowing if you have ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding and you get way much more data if analyzed by a lab from finding out if you have parasites to finding out (as many people have found out the hard way) that you just have deadly bowel cancer.

9 out of 10 people survive bowel cancer if it’s found and treated early.

Michio Kaku mentions this frequently in his speeches when he talks about the “future of humanity”, how in the year 2030 or before we will build a bathroom that will analyze our poop and tell us relevant health information and he goes beyond that and says “that this could be the cure for cancer” (I think he went a little far there), my dear friends, at “quackwatch” should include him as well.

Even your toilet will tell you that you have an unhealthy diet.

Your “doctor toilet” will analyze proteins that are made up of cancer colonies, “hey by the way you will have breast cancer in 10 years so watch out”

I did some research to find when he started to make these predictions and the first time was in 2012, we are 2022 so 8 more years to go, you better be right KAKU I don’t wanna keep staring at that thing every now and then so I guess I have 8 more years of pain.

One day the robots will be able to analyze our poop so we don’t have to do the hard work but right now we have to do the fu*** hard work, we have to take a good look at that good source of information we left behind in the toilet.
