Poloniex Customer Support Sucks!
54+ days and counting and my poloniex ticket is STILL "Being Processed"! This is ridiculous and unacceptable by any account.
What does "Complete: Error" mean? How is that even an appropriate notification... it's either complete or an error... how can it be both???
Anyone experience the same thing and if so, has anyone managed to get a reply from Poloniex?!
Update... after 56+ days, they finally sorted out this issue.

Poloniex is rumored to be insolvent, and I believe it.
trying to get all my coins out but I currently have 2k worth of SC missing and every time I try to transfer out my other coins, I get a "pending" notification for days....
