The dangerous stupidity of the youth
I've been watching very carefully the conflicts arising again along Latin America, and the new wave of socialist groups making their moves.
It's not only about the inefficiency of governments or, on the other side of the field, the evil plans of international communist organizations. It is also about the ignorance of people.
When we see those images of masses, supposedly asking for socialism, there is a bit of truth on that...
Youth lack the knowledge, the wisdom and, most importantly, the readiness to take a deeper look on things; to understand that, despite the imperfections of modern capitalist democracies, societies have to flee from communism, as every healthy person runs from a mortal danger that could claim his life.
Living in Venezuela, having already experienced this story, I can understand that those people don't really see what they're asking for. They only see their illusions and utopias, incapable to face the true dimension of our social dynamics.
Now again the red tsunami threatens the whole continent, as always based on dreams of perfection and riding violently on the heads of youth.
This is the price we pay for our lack of respect to the traditional wisdom and to the words of the old ones... those who suffered and understood that the proper place for a perfect world is within the universe of dreams.

Vi ne havas socialismon en Venezuelo. Se vi havintus , tiam vi havintus suficxajn da mono, funkciantan medecinon kaj asekuron ktp.
Jes kara, mi komprenas ke la signifo de "socialismo" estas io malsama en Latinameriko ol en aliaj landoj. Sed mi parolas pri tio kion politikistoj nomas socialismo en ĉi tiu regiono.
Ĉi tie, Socialismo estas ideologio kvazaŭreligia kiu postulas ke ŝtato havu grandegan (kelkfoje absolutan) povon super la vivoj de ĉiuj individuoj. La rezultato estas ke politikistoj estiĝas koruptaj, kaj subpremas ĉian liberecon surbaze de iluzio pri "egaleco", ĉar ilia povo estas neakcepteble granda.
Mi ŝatus ke ĉi tie oni parolus pri socialismo laŭ pli saĝa koncepto; sed ĉi tie socialismo-komunismo kondukas nur (k. nepre) al absolutismo, aŭtoritatismo kaj diktatoreco. Tial mi pli preferas liberecon ol egalecon.
Tutklare temas pri misuzo de la vorto. Kutime se homoj mezaeuropo audas pri socialismo ili pensas pri ok-hora labortago, laborantaj rajtoj, asekuro pri malsaneco ktp.
Nuntempe Venezuelo ne rajtas sin nomi socialisma lando. komunismo estas tutalia afero.
La klara kauzo por la mizero estas ke se oni ne komprenas la funkciadon de mono kaj ekonomio , tiam oni ne regulu cxi tion.
Ho jes, ĝuste tiel, oni ne kontrolu laŭ malsaĝo tiom delikatajn aferojn kiaj ekonomio, socio kaj politiko.
Mi memoras nun la frazo de Dante, ke la padoj de l' infero estas asfaltumitaj per bonaj intencoj. Ne sufiĉas la bona deziro (kiam ĝi aŭtente ĉeestas), necese estas koni la efektivajn kielojn por plenumi plibonigojn sociajn.
