Europe has no will to govern. They are but collection of merchants whose only concern is collecting their ill-gotten gains and could carr less about their society falling apart. What can anyone expect from those who would unhesitatingly prostitute their identity for "free trade" deals? All these are consequences of allowing merchants to rise to government and leftist hippies to tenure at universities.
