RE: Politicial agnosticism

in #politics7 years ago

Since we are political animals just as Aristotle said, we have always needed political systems which came of course from political idiologies to somehow organise societies, even when humans didn't know anything about politics as we know it today they had a structure of governance.
Nowadays politics is a social science based on social evidence and the analysis of thoughts and behavior in the polis -city- and the entire world, which has already gave some important results about what could be the best way to organise ourselves. But here comes the problem, politicians don't follow that evidence provided by Political science actually they don't follow any science, what they really want is more power, that's the reason why most of them just make promises about what people want to hear to make sure they get as many votes as possible. And that's why direct democracy is just another problem beacause It only means that a group of individuals -mayority- can dictate their own point of view, opinion or ideology to another group -minority- just beacuse they are more than the other ones, that's really insane and irracional, even more when is a proven fact that most people don't know in depth about Political science.
So if you ask to me I would say all ideologies are not the whole problem, two of the real problems are democracy -much more the direct one- and of course politicians.
