The Orwellian human rating system in China that will be mandatory in 2020 and that will be coming to the West soon too
Imagine the ultimate Orwellian system where every one of your behaviors is monitored and rated according to assessments made by the state. In this Orwellian world, you are constantly assigned an updated "Citizen Score" based upon the tracking of your bill paying, your online conversations, your visited locations, your hobbies, your reading list, your purchases, your social interactions, and pretty much anything else that can be tracked. This score is also then used to assess your government approved suitability for basically anything including schooling, jobs, promotions, loans, investigations by the authorities, etc.
The "Social Credit System" has already been rolled out in China to assess the type of person you are as well as your "trustworthiness" from a Chinese government perspective. It is not yet a mandatory system but it will be starting in 2020. When this happens, everything in your life will affect and be affected by your score. The most Orwellian part about the system is not about tracking whether you pay your bills on time, but rather tracking and scorings on things like who you have associated with in the past or any anti-government sentiments you've ever expressed.
The intent of the system is claimed to be for helping trustworthy people be trusted and rewarded in a country that is almost legendary for the number of scams perpetrated daily. In fact, a number of Chinese apparently support the system for this very reason, however, the real reason for this system is something completely different. The system is clearly designed to use a combination of Facebook style monitoring and Amazon-style personal reviews and scoring to control each individual and their personal access in society. The ultimate intent is to get people to police each other on behalf of the government with the excuse that it is simply better for everyone. As always, most people will go along with it because it's "just so convenient" or because they simply believe it's easier to just comply.

Social control made easy
If you want a quick overview of where this system is going in the future and how other similar Western systems are developing, have a listen to the video from Richie from Boston above. Richie explains that Canada has also just introduced a similar application called "Carrot" that rewards people for doing things that are promoted as "good" - like getting your regular flu shot. (I'm wondering how much the pharmaceutical companies pay Carrot for this rewarded behavior.)
Essentially, this is all an experiment in social incentivation and manipulation. The ultimate goal is clearly for making it easier and more rewarding to just go along with whatever the government, corporations, and other Luciferian-led organizations are pushing as their latest agendas. Expect to be rewarded for not only supporting vaccinations, but also any other New World Order agendas that you support. Expect to be rewarded for supporting transgenderism and gender fluidity. Expect to be rewarded for standing up for greater Islamic immigration. Expect to be rewarded for reducing your carbon footprint. Expect to be rewarded for posting about people that are against any of the above. Expect to be rewarded for calling in "suspicious behavior" of people that say they don't like the government's policies.. Hopefully, you can quickly see where all this is going.
These new Orwellian tools are intended to free the government from having to police people because the people have been fully engineered to police themselves. This is the ultimate police state because everybody has been convinced that the social control system is best for them and they will beat down anyone else that doesn't go along with it. The intended end state system is analogous to the legendary experiment with monkeys that are hosed down whenever they try to get bananas hanging from the ceiling in a cage. After enough hosing-downs, the monkeys stop trying to get the bananas. Even crazier is that the existing monkeys will beat the shit out of any new monkeys that are introduced and try to retrieve the bananas. Eventually, none of the monkeys need to have experienced the original hosing-downs and the controlled behavior becomes part of the "monkey culture" that everyone just complies to. This is exactly where the Luciferians want to get us to - a de facto cultural cage that no one will ever step out of. See the video below to better understand the original experiment with monkeys.
It's ultimately all linked to Smart Cities, Universal Basic Income, and the Sharing Economy
The ultimate goal is to get people to the point where society is controlled enough so that the NWO can implement their technocratic-socialistic wet dream - the dream of Smart Cities with Universal Basic Income and no more personal ownership of anything. The elite Luciferians running society want a highly obedient worker class to service them with as little risk as possible of the slaves breaking out and the elite losing control. The easiest way to do this is to get the people to enforce the controls on themselves and to be collectively convinced that they are happy with owning nothing because it all so easy and freeing. Through this combined approach, the neo-feudal serfs will always be fully dependent on the state and can never rise up and resist. In addition, the serfs (just like the monkeys) will beat any resisters back down for disrupting their collective peace. All you really need to do then is convince the people that all this is simply best for them. Then you can have an open prison that everyone happily complies with. Some good insights, I think they might count on most people enjoying their servitude by giving access to an alternate reality in a simulated world where people can do anything they want, similar to the Ready Player One movie, check out the trailer.
Wow, that's interesting and exactly where they want to get a lot of people. If many of them are not going to work anymore in the future UBI state, then they will want to keep people mentally occupied and controlled. What better way then a simulated reality. They may also give the serfs pyscho-pharmaceuticals to keep them controlled as we see in the movie the Giver, but simulated reality is another way to control and occupy the minds of the masses. Basically, a matrix that you choose to join to escape the empty, meaningless life around you.

Another interesting movie for providing predictive programming of the coming neo-feudalistic state is Elysium. In it, the Luciferian haves have completely separated themselves from the have nots in a somewhat similar dystopian world to Ready Player One. The plebs are kept under control by Smart City robots and sensors that monitor everything in their hellhole existence whereas the elite live in the "place of the gods", Elysium:

The worrying part is will we the people riot and rebel agaisnt it or just passively accept it...
Unfortunately, I am afraid that people typically find it far to easy to just go along and comply until at some point they realize what it all really means to their previous freedoms. Then it's too late to resist any longer.

The problem is that we are not technologically connected enough to do this yet. Meaning, the things each of us do that shows trust worthiness are not calculable.
What is calculable is what purchases you have made, and which govern-cement buttons you push. The nurse that gives flu shots, will be trained to feed your carrot. But, if you give back the $20 you borrowed, there is no record of that.
So, this will only record the things the govern-cement pays to record. Further, it will record them poorly and be fraught with problems. Such as, SS stopping retirement payments because they think the person, who is standing right in front of them, is dead.
Further, the system will be entirely gameable. And there will be crooked and evil people that will have the highest of scores. And there will be people who should not have a score at all, because they haven't ever worked with this system (or know about it) but they will probably have an appallingly low number which will impact them when they come to town.
Thus, this whole thing is a scam from the get-go.
The good part is all smoke and mirrors.
The neutral part will be getting you to buy whatever the item of the week is.
And the bad part of this is the spying on people's lives and the snitch mentality.
BTW: You already commit about three felonies a day. So, you are not innocent, you just haven't been collected yet.
As a last statement, there will be groups of people who will pride themselves on low numbers, and people with too high of a score will not be allowed in their clique.
There will be a tremendous number of technical and social ramifications that have not been thought of yet from such systems. There will be even more as the system becomes more and more influential on people's lives. There will certainly be schemes to buy high scores or game the system. The rich and powerful will find a way around it. As usual, the average person will get screwed the most.
