I believe Trump is NOT part of the swamp. We all know Mueller, Comey, Rosenstein, McCain etc are and I do think they'll pay the price. I think Sessions may have his foot in the swamp as well but at the same time Trump is being smart. He's not announcing play by play his strategy. He IS draining the swamp.
