Brainstorming Population Growth Rate Tax
How Can We Mitigate Overpopulation?
Rough Draft 0.1
I've been pondering the ramifications of overpopulation and the many crises we will and currently are facing. From diminishing food supplies to overurbanization leading to climate impacts.
Formula for Tax Upon Property Based on Family Size
X = (A + B)(n-1) (1+n0.1)
Developing Tax Rebate Formula
X =(xD - AB)(1+n0.1)
I am considering swapping D with Δ D
or the change in adoptable / adopted rate instead of adoption goals.
Variables
A = population growth rate
B = Inflation rate
D = Adoption rate
x = Adoption goals
n= number of children in household.
Important Info
US population growth rate = 0.7%
Inflation rate = 2.9%
Concenrs
There are a few concerns:
- FED manipulating inflation rate
- Tax revenue smaller than rebate
- Capping tax at a reasonable place
I intend to look up the stats and plug and play and adjust accordingly but I wanted to get something written down and started.
