Firstly, the Yinon plan is pure fiction. Your source (GlobalResearch.ca) is known to publish lies (https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Globalresearch), and I challenge you to find 1 serious source that supports the idea that Israelis / Jews want to expand Israel to the Euphrates river.
I'm shocked that the brief amount of scrolling through comments that I did showed up no people who challenged you on your preposterous conclusions.
Let's return to the question at hand: Why don't ISIS/Al-Qaeda attack Israel?
They DO! Or at least most of the time they TRY to, but are so hopelessly outmatched by the IDF that their plots end up with the foolish potential perpetrators going to jail. Following are some references I found within 60 seconds;
And finally, the main reason preventing ISIS/Al-Qaeda from directly attacking Israel is that they are (legitimately) SCARED! The IDF are no joke, unlike the Arab armies of Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, etc. and with the advanced firepower they possess they would be able to annihilate ISIS/Al-Qaeda should they choose to do so.
I'd like to end this reply by hoping you are simply uninformed on the topic, and if presented with facts, you are a reasonable enough human being to be able to change your opinion. I like to think of myself as being that way, and we should encourage rational conversation between humans as much as possible.
