Get ready for the blue wave all you people in the US
Democracy dies this election, when Trump calls voter fraud like he has been building up to in his tweet there will be a massive blue wave. A wave a police to take away the freedom of those on the lowest end of the social ladder. Eventually when all the rungs below you have been sawn off they will then come for you. Make sure to enjoy yourself until you run out of privilege to spend on freedom. Maybe go out for drinks, vote, hold a petition, etc. They won't have have any impact on the impending crisis of climate change (as just one example), but at least they make you feel good. If you are committed to doing nothing to change the system yourself, you might as well enjoy yourself, right?

You are totally right. American Political partisanship has deluded the populace. People vote democrat or republican because of identity politics, not realizing both parties are different just facets of the same neoliberal economic elite political machine. I have a feeling more people are becoming aware, but I fear that it may be too late.
