Do NOT give evidence against yourself!
Any time we have an interaction with the Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) / PIGs (Persons In Government who intend to perjure their oaths) that are always demanding that we provide evidence against ourselves.
The routine questions are Drivers License, Registration, and Insurance. All of them are hearsay evidence, and hearsay evidence is inadmissible unless YOU provide it!
Is it YOUR drivers License? Can they take it away? - Yes - then it belongs to the State! Whose corporate logo is all over the front of the license - the State. They never ask for the State's license. How do they know that you didn't print it up at home 5 minutes ago?
Whose name is on it? Is it your name? Is JOHN HENRY SMITH how your name is spelled with all block capital letters? That is the name of a cestui que trust / estate created by the Roman Cult. Do they ask for the drivers license issued to the cestui que trust? - NO!
I always tell them I do NOT have a drivers license, and ask them if they have evidence that I am carrying passengers or property for hire.
Whose image is on it? Is it your image? Is your image you? Is an image of a $50.00 bill a $50.00 bill? Do we know for a fact that it is YOUR image? How do we know that somebody has not manipulated that image? Is every pixel correct?
Whose date of birth is on it? Do you have first hand knowledge of the day you were given birth? That is more hearsay evidence? Your parents told you, or some piece of paper said that was your date of birth, but can you say for sure that somebody did not hack into the computer system and change it from some other date?
Whose address is on it - with the ZIP CODE? I don't know about you but I have NEVER set foot into the District of Columbia, and yet all ZIP CODES are designations for addresses in the District of Columbia. Do you know for absolute certain that District of Columbia address is the correct designation for the postal address in whatever state you are in? How do you know that somebody did not hack into their computer and change something.
Then the LEO PIG will go to his hearsay computer database and check the information in your hearsay drivers license to see if it matches. How do we know that somebody did not hack into the computer system 5 minutes ago and change something?
Then there is the registration, which is more hearsay evidence, based on a hearsay computer entry, and the registration is paid for with hearsay money. Is there proof that it was paid with real money or fake money? How do we know that somebody did not make it up on their computer at home 5 minutes ago?
Then there is the insurance card that is hearsay. What is stopping somebody from making up a fake insurance card on their computer?
The point is that everything the LEOs / PIGs want is hearsay evidence and not only do you have to give ANY evidence against yourself, but the evidence they are demanding is hearsay, and hearsay evidence is inadmissible unless YOU provide it. That is why they are PIGs!

I sued the IRS and took them to the US Supreme court twice, and now they don't want to talk to me. They don't ask and I don't tell. I have a compensation for labor contract that pays me in gold or silver coin and I am not in a position where there are withholdings being taken.
That's fantastic although I'm sure it was a stressful process for you. I still don't see how one can get around all this. I've heard many times of someone that doesn't pay taxes and always thought they were just another upper level something or another or politician. We all know they don't pay shit and live off the common man even though they're pawns inside their own game. So you're basically telling me that I'm gonna have to study up, stop paying, wait to be harassed, and eventually defend myself in court as I sue the IRS? We all have to pick our battles, but for myself it has always been an issue of good and evil. The whole system is very satanic. It is full of fraud and lies and I want nothing to do with it. I believe that we are living in the period of time described in the Book of Revelations and, in my opinion, I just don't want to be on the wrong side of that battle.
I understand although for me I believe what you are afraid of is yet just another part of the "fear" system that's been put in place to deceive and control us all. This is a whole other conversation in itself. With that being said don't get me wrong about a creator. I can walk outside and see that one exists but I don't believe in man's version that has been forcefully shoved down humanity's throat for a mere couple thousand years. We're so much older than this and there is so much more to us. Again, another conversation. Anyway, I'd love to not pay taxes or to know exactly how to talk to a cop but they don't teach us these things for a reason. I get the gist of not incriminating one's self but like my grandmother always said a cop can kill you and get away with it. What advice do you have someone like me? How long did this process take for you before you became comfortable with it?
At the end of the day, all you really have to do is make sure there is nothing for them to steal with the use of Trusts and be right "in their face" with your assertion that you are NOT required to follow their requirements for filing. If they send you a request to file, you respond with a Registered Letter ONLY telling them why you do NOT have to file. (No Income [corporate profits] - Not a "person" - Not a corporation). It is also good not to be in a position that they are taking withholdings from your compensation. In other words it is much easier if you are self employed.
I have a question about this; I have decided not to file income taxes this year, but I am still in a slave job and a student at University. I hold my job in the Netherlands and study in the Netherlands, so I have the option to use my bank account from my home country if they confiscate the account I have opened at a Dutch bank. I expect they will close the account sooner or later because they claim that I owe them 740$ income tax for having worked two jobs during the summer. I can afford to lose the account because I never keep more than 150$ on it (my slave job pays weekly and my salary is around 155$ a week) so I can live with losing the money. I pay my tuition fees and rent from another account with savings. I am prepared to sue for fraud and theft once they close the account because the bank stole my account as soon as I signed the contract and gave the government control over my money without informing me which is outright theft, yet they continue to lie to me and tell me it is my account.
Anyway, I have received a letter addressed to the person which I do not own and returned the letter unopened to them via the post. I know it asked me for the money because it was a blue letter and I know they think I owe them 740$ because they already tried to steal the money from the account that is allegedly mine. However, the bank booked the money back because they don't allow my account to go below 0 (I had $3 on there at the time). However, unlike you suggest I have not even written a letter in which I explain why I don't have to file and simply sent the letter to the return address unopened. I did this because I do not assume the responsibilities and obligations of persons that I do not own, therefore leaving the letter closed, but since they want to do commerce and I am not allowed to interfere with their commerce I think I have done the right thing by returning the letter.
However, I do have a specific question to you about the bank account. How do you get a bank account when they always ask you for your slave ID or social slave number or otherwise? I understand it is discrimination if they do not let me open an account when I refuse to provide information that I do not have to provide lawfully. However, I do not think that the management will make an exception without a lawsuit.
Thus, my aim currently is to take them to court for theft and fraud and then ask for an account that I own as a remedy. Is that a workable solution? I hear you are collecting money $1 or $2 on Youtube as donations as an extremely less desirable alternative which suggest to me that you still have a bank account to hold promissory notes for you. So, I think that you have found a way to get them to do what they claim they do: to open account in my name.

Just found this old conversation we had but still the question lingers for me. I'd really like to know more about these subjects but feel I'd have to go to law school to learn their ways then figure out whats actually right?
They want you to think you have to go to law school and it does take some study, but it is not that bad. I have an older video about trusts and will publish it here in the next few days.

I stick strictly to common law and common law applies in Australia, but they can get around it with the various bankruptcies and military occupations because you can take yourself out of common law if you are not careful. I have a couple of articles about Texas being under a military occupation, and Alberta being under a military occupation and I would suggest that you check them out because it would definitely apply in Australia.

My attitude is that the real remedy is common law. Their first order of business when they do all of this is to orchestrate a bankruptcy or military occupation so they can eliminate common law because at common law they would be put to death for what they are doing.
I do believe Australia was declared backrupt a long time ago, hence the change from Australian Commonwealth to The Commonwealth of Australia which I believe is a corporation registered in Washington.
Of course it was! That is why they give away all the free money! I bet with a little research you will find that it has been bankrupt several times. For example, in Canada all tax checques are made out to the Receiver General for Canada. That is a receiver in bankruptcy.
