I wish you can/could take rest after the hard baking work until two. And we are thankful that you publish valuable posts with breadbakers tag.

That's right. Baking in a traditional way can be a good calm protest to slow down the world :)
How can one rest when there's bread to be baked? ;)
Once in a while it's very beneficial to do something stupid :)
