He even gave an example, "you don't have to be too nice to someone who just killed somebody and cover his head when you force him into the car" (paraphrased, meaning is the same).. He wasn't talking about a potential suspect that is being interrogated but for people who commited a beyond any doubt crime.. Personally, I disagree with this statement by Trump but again, you are out of context.
