The day spent in the city
The night in a painful sleep
Interminable dreams
I am just following blind sheep
My face
Amass
Poignant scars
Friends witness my blissful face
But deep down
I weep
Someday,
Sometimes
I put my emotions
In empty Rhymes
I close my eyes
and see
Those lovely places with thee
"Daddy,
Will you play with me?
I am gonna hide
I challenge you,
To seek"
The time has gone
But memories
"Daddy
Where are you,
Please come back home
Where is Daddy finger?
I wanna hold it, Now"

This poem really pull my heartstring. I can also relate because I lost my father 5 years ago. Sad but wonderful poem. Great work.

I always aspire to become a wonderful father. My dad always told me to be an example . We have to accept that we are imperfect. Someday @jassennessaj wrote a wonderful article about a lovely father and how to become one. I would like you to read
