You summed up possibly one of the worst mornings of my life, a friend went missing the night before, i got the news he passed away the next day on the train into work, your line "where perfect clarity blurs" summed up how i seemed to perceive the train. Everything became supernaturally vivid but at the same time out of focus, and yes at that point i was an island of misery and loss...
