It's all about
how we look at things
Sometimes we are shortsighted.
We get trapped right in front of our faces
And cannot seem to get past
the very first step
Will it hold me up?
Is it strong enough?
Can I return from where I came?
These doubts keep us
standing on the fringe
Waiting...waiting
For what?
Someone to push us?
Or lead the way?
Time is a sunrise;
Sunset away.
We keep ticking
As time leads the way...
One step,
Two...
You know they
Are watching you.
What will it change?
Will you like the
New you?
Step
Out
The sky is so blue
Feel the pulse of
An incredible view.
Can you see it yet?
You will never forget
Pull that anchor and oar...
You're pushing off shore.

This poem is amazing. It captures the way most people think. In life, there is always doubt as to if you should do something or take a chance or try something new. People are so caught up in their habits that they never want to go outside their comfort zone. They stay in their bubble and wonder why things never change. If you want to have a new life, a better life, you have to be willing to take chances. Push yourself, be confident. Who cares if others are looking at you, there will always be spectators. It's your choice if you want to be the main actor or just stand on the sidelines wondering what could have been and watch as life passes you by. Thanks for sharing :)
