At the Gates
At the gates of perception
The mist now forms the present World
I thought I heard you singing something
About how pain and sorrow are foretold
I thought I saw you at the gates of the Unknown
Laughing and dancing filled with tears and with a joy
Praising Eternity for what was woven for us
Claiming that “darling, we 're just human after all”
