My Creation Myth
God shat out the universe,
Moved on and never looked back.
He left us with an empty purse,
And the world we made is a total wreck.
All we feel is His complete absence,
No wonder we feel a little tense.
Why try to reconnect to one who's gone?
We're all alone when all is said and done.
In our skull prison we create with a word,
A most lonesome and horrid world.
Let it rot I say and walk away the way
God walked away with a wipe and nary a say...
