You're taking our children and locking them away?
That wasn't on the brochures we read, when deciding on coming here
They are our hearts and our souls, what we hold dear.

Locking them in cages,like animals and put on as a display
Saying it will be a deterent for others who want to sneak in this way
Some going to tents, and some haven't been seen since taken from loving arms
Telling the world not to worry, they will not come to any harms

You say the borders are over flowing with filth, killers, and with crooks,
Rapists and felons whose names you say you have on your books.
Sadly we refugess get thrown into the same of those who even we detest
We came here from sadness,and poverty, to try to be our very best.

Each day we sit and wonder where have our dear children been taken
Never thought when we arrived, that we, and them, would be forsaken
Using them as pawns, so you may build your big wall
Ransoming these innocent children, we hope will be your downfall.

Whats that you say, you're signing and executive order
To stop stealing children from parents when they arrive at your border?
A little too late, don't you think, even after your daughter kissed your ass
For something you shouldn't have done in the first place, yet this too shall pass.

When the haze of this great misery and deception finally might clear
The shouts of those lost, may their voices be loud that we hear.
For this shouldn't have happened, and may it never again be done
Let us all stand strong, and free and all live as one.
