--''Please be still, in quietitude
'till peace of mind is all,
and find in stillness platitude,
'tis good, a regular ball.
Can you see the sunrise
Beyond the fir-tree rim?
Can you re-act without surprise
not feel the paranoid limb?
If you can the questions fill
with constructive thoughts and new,
then you can the chaos still
and find in life, of love the few.
Look into a mountain sunset
see in life the shades.
Watch the rain-dewed coronet
on flowers as the day fades.
But all and every peace is found
within, in quiet rest,
and every person hereis bound,
to further life for best.
