You know, I should have prefaced this poem. It was written last year, as sort of a feeling I had while dealing with PTSD, and how I'd pushed my wife away for too long. And you're right, it is about the right partner. And luckily, I've found mine. She has stuck by my side through thick and thin! Thanks for taking the time to read!
