I like this part, "which is why i'm learning to appreciate people as they are, give them space to come to you..."
It means for me that as human, we have to be wise people. We must appreciate all the things that other people did. People have their own human rights and we do. So, if we always appreciate that, we will accept the pleasure as you said in your poem.
